SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Your shipping costs include: packaging, shipping, tracking and insurance. All international items will be shipped via USPS all customs and tracking will be added to total cost. Once the package leaves the U.S. we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We can no longer trace the package once it has left the United States.
RETURNS
The Small Print
After 24 hours all orders are final. We only accept cancellations up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. After 24 hours there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. All packages are shipped with tracking numbers. If a package gets lost or stolen after it has been delivered, we do not cover replacements.

We do our best to provide you with the best high quality product that we can achieve. However, due to each product being hand made, there may be differences in size, color, and shape. Except as expressly set forth in this agreement, the services to be purchased under this agreement are to be as is, where is, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. including any warranty of merchantability for any particular purpose. The services and items to be purchased on this site and from this business are under this agreement to be sold as they are, made by CrazyAzCatsBees LLC. The items are not in any way exempt from defects or imperfections or possible weight, size, color, or other mistakes to them. If the items become damaged or chipped in shipping, we do not cover replacements for any reason. Once the item(s) have left our hands we do not claim any responsibility for the item(s) quality, safety or damages.
